What Do I Do?

1. If your question begins with something like "How do I..." leave the "My Question 'starts with' " radio button selected.
2. If you're going to enter a key word as "Well", or "Annual Report" select the "My Question 'contains' " radio button.
3. Begin typing in the 'My Question is' box.
4. As you type, the question drop down box will fill with questions.
5. Always select one of the available questions.
6. Press the Enter key for the answer to your question.
