The Aravaipa Canyon Basin does not contain any NOAA/NWS Co-op Network, Evaporation Pan, AZMET or SNOTEL/ Snowcourse stations. Figure 3.1-3 also shows precipitation contour data from the Spatial Climate Analysis Service (SCAS) at Oregon State University. More detailed information on climate in the planning area is found in Section 3.0.3. A description of climate data sources and methods can be found in Volume 1, Appendix A.
